Cheese and dairy products will once again be in the spotlight in Tours, from 7 to 9 June 2015 during the second edition of International Cheese Tours - Loire Valley:.
An opportunity to encounter new faces, discuss, and gather information on innovations and developments in the sector and the market.
20 countries will be taking part in the second edition (including Italy, Belgium, the United States, Japan, Spain, Portugal, Germany and Switzerland), and the quality of exchanges and products on display is sure to make International Cheese Tours - Loire Valley 2015 another international professional rendezvous on no account to be missed out on.
And, for the first time, China and Israel will also be represented at International Cheese Tours - Loire Valley.
International Best Cheesemonger Competition
The International Best Cheesemonger Competition will once again be one of the event’s highlights.
In 2013, the Competition brought together 10 contestants from 6 countries, awarding first prize to the Japanese Miyuki Murase, closely followed by the two Belgian contestants Pascal Fauville and Nathalie Vanhaver.
This year, there will be 12 candidates in all, from Belgium, the United States, Italy, France, Japan and the Netherlands, showing off their skills at the International Best Cheesemonger competition 2015.

International “Products” Competition
The International “Products” Competition will also be taking place during the International Cheese Tours - Loire Valley 2015.
Another of the fair’s highlights and much awaited by sector professionals, the competition provides an opportunity for promotion of know-how, respect for tradition, quality, creativity and innovation.
Over 600 products will be under the judges’ eyes.
