The ideal meeting place for exchange and information, the World Cheese and Dairy Products Fair will be held between June 6 and 8, 2021 at the Tours Exhibition Centre.
In 2019, 15 countries (Italy, Brazil, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Germany, Israel …) attended the fair to defend their country’s colours.
The World’s Best Cheesemaker Competition, in collaboration with Rodolphe Le Meunier, will once again be one of the highlights of the event.
In 2019 the competition brought together 11 candidates from 9 countries, with Evert Schönhage (Netherlands) taking the 1st prize, ahead of Virginie Dubois-Dhorne (France) and Hiroko Suzuki (Japan).
The International Products Competition, in collaboration with the International Cheesemakers Guild, will also be held during the Tours World Cheese and Daily Products Fair. Another high point of the Fair, this keenly awaited event, bringing together sector professionals, will be the occasion for the promotion of know-how, respect of traditions and demands of quality, but also creativity and innovation.
The evening will be on Monday June 7. You will be able to taste a selection of the best cheeses from all corners of the globe.
